Rocket M is the new base station of Ubiquiti, it is a robust system, very powerful and stable, with 2x2 MIMO technology that offers a great reception performance.
It is characterized by its incredible reach (+ 50km) and performance (+ 150Mbps real TCP / IP).
The equipment is specifically designed to make Point-to-Point links outdoors and work as a Point-to-Multipoint AirMax Base Station.
It is recommended in point-to-point and multipoint links. External use. It has two R-SMA connectors for antenna (it does not have an integrated antenna). Ethernet port 10 / 100Mbps. Includes PoE
OPTIMIZED FOR MOZILLA / FIREFOX
Antenna amplitude selection
The units of the Rocket M Series easily integrate the BaseStation AirMax with the Omni AirMax, Yagi AirMax and Rocket Dish antennas.
Latency remains low for video and voice applications such as network scales.
Real performance of 150Mbps
Actual performance speed 150+ Mbps through TCP / IP.
Rocket M GPS products are integrated with Ubiquiti's AirSync technology which allows units to use GPS signals for accuracy of time.
The original NanoStation established the worldwide standard for a low cost and efficient wireless equipment.
The new Rocket M5 carries the same futuristic concept as well as an elegant and practical redesign. The Rocket M and AirMax antennas for base station (sector) or Rocket antennas (disk) have been designed to work together without problems.
The installation of the Rocket M in these antennas does not require special tools, simply fit it into the mounting kit supplied with the antennas.

Integrated AirMax technology
Unlike the standard WiFi protocol, the Ubiquiti TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) allows each client to send and receive data using a pre-assigned slot time programmed by an intelligent controller AP.
This "time slot" method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes the efficiency of airtime. It provides many magnitudes of improvements in performance of latency, performance and scalability compared to other external systems of its same class.
Intelligent QoS - Voice / video priority is given for smooth access
Scalability - High capacity and scalability
Long distance - Capacity for high speed links
Latency - Multiple functions that reduce noise drastically
