Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is $ 11.99 on all orders shipped within Costa Rica.
Q. Is PC GAMING CR shipped internationally?
A: Orders placed on are sent nationally and internationally.
Q: How does the delivery of the cargo work?
A: If your order is delivered by freight, the sender will contact you by phone 1-3 days before arrival to schedule your delivery. Deliveries through the shipment of cargo will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and must arrive within 1 to 18 business days. Depending on the type of processing selected:

Processing time: Immediate Bank Transfer

Processing time of Payment: paypal 7 business days

Processing time of Payment: Pagadito 7 working days

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order on our order status page. You can also call, send an email or chat live with us to check the status of your PCGAMINGCR order.
Q: Where can I find my order number?
A: Your order number is a 6-digit number preceded by the letters "O". You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of the purchase process, in the confirmation emails you received after making your purchase and in the shipping list that came with your shipment.

Refunds of money are not accepted.

within a period not exceeding 3 working days

All our products have a 1 year warranty against defects
of manufacture. For the warranty to be applied the customer must
present proof of purchase
They will not be covered by electronic warranty or mechanical damage
caused by negligence, intentional damage or operator errors, and damages
physical injuries that are seen to have been caused by misuse by the
customer, that damage caused by failures in the warranty will not be covered by the guarantee
local or variations caused by the natural elements of
electrical installation.

The product's serial number has been modified, deleted or is illegible.
