Rocket M is the new base station of Ubiquiti, it is a robust system, very powerful and stable, with 2x2 MIMO technology that offers a great reception performance.
It is characterized by its incredible reach (+ 50km) and performance (+ 150Mbps real TCP / IP).
The equipment is specifically designed to make Point-to-Point links outdoors and work as a Point-to-Multipoint AirMax Base Station.

The installation of the Rocket M in these antennas does not require special tools, simply fit it into the mounting kit supplied with the antennas.

Integrated AirMax technology
Unlike the standard WiFi protocol, the Ubiquiti TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) allows each client to send and receive data using a pre-assigned slot time programmed by an intelligent controller AP.
This "time slot" method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes the efficiency of airtime. It provides many magnitudes of improvements in performance of latency, performance and scalability compared to other external systems of its same class.
